Hi, I’m Bellamy, a counsellor and social worker passionate about supporting women aged 18–30 through identity exploration, relationship difficulties, navigating the impacts of trauma, building self-worth, and strengthening emotional wellbeing.
Connection and curiosity are at the heart of my work. I aim to offer a space where you feel genuinely met, understood, and not alone in what you’re carrying. My approach is warm, person-centred, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on creating safety in the therapeutic relationship. I also value your autonomy, meaning you are always in control of the pace and direction of our work together.
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), strengths-based practice, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we can make sense of what’s feeling heavy and explore what you need so you can feel more grounded, steady, and connected to yourself. Whether that’s a session with a cup of tea and space to offload, sitting with something difficult, or beginning to discover what you want for yourself moving forward, I’ll meet you where you are.
I offer a free introductory phone call so we can connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
